Order an Inspection

1. Review our rates so you know the cost for your inspection. Our Rate page.
2. Complete the Inspection Request Form below. 
3. After I receive your Inspection Request I will send you an email with a link to our online Inspection Agreement.  Simply follow the instructions contained in the email to sign the Agreement. You can also view and print the Argeement from here: Home Inspection Agreement.
4. Review the NACHI: Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
5. If you are the seller of the property read our Ten Tips to Speed Up Your Home Inspection.

If you would prefer to not use these online forms you can download the Inspection Request Form here and fax them to me at 707-545-6644.

Please note that due to the length of our form there are two Submit buttons.  One after you complete Your Contact Information, and the second after you complete the Property to be Inspected section.  After hitting the first Submit button you will be returned to this page where you can scroll down and complete the second part of the form.  Please make sure that you complete both sections and hit both Submit buttons.
